Groovebook is a subscription service that sends you your mobile photos in a 4.5x6.5 photo book every month. You get to select up to 100 photos that get printed on perforated pages for easy removal. It’s just $2.99 per month and that will entitle you to a new 100-photo GrooveBook every month. Should you choose to order multiple books in one month or send duplicate books to friends/family, you will pay just $2.99 per additional book. No problem, we will keep your account active. Be advised, the fee of $2.99 is a subscription cost and you will still be charged if you choose to not upload 40-100 photos by your due date. Remember, you can always upload older photos if you don’t have enough new photos. Books do not accrue or roll over to future months if unused that month. The $2.99 monthly subscription fee is nonrefundable.Which devices can run GrooveBook?
Why can I only upload photos from my smart phone?
We want this to be a no-brainer app with the simplest uploading and interface possible. You can synchronize photo albums from your PC or Mac by plugging your phone into your computer, using iTunes or iCloud.
You can upload any number of photos between 40-100 every month. You will still get your 100 page book.
If you upload between 40 and 99, we will simply repeat as many photos as necessary to fill your book with 100 photos.
We’d like to get your first book to you ASAP, so as soon as you upload your first 100 photos we will automatically close and print your first book. However, it’s no problem if you need longer to select your best photos - we will wait one week before closing your first book with 40 to 99 photos.At what point of the month do my photos need to be uploaded?
Your signup date determines your due date schedule. If you sign up on the 12th of the month, your photos must be uploaded by the 12th of the next month, as stated on the “Upload” screen.
You can find that option in the “Advanced Photo Selection Mode” after clicking “Information”How do I know which photos were printed in previous books?
All uploaded photos of closed books have a small yellow dot at the top left corner.How long should it take for my GrooveBook to arrive?
Your GrooveBook will be printed 2-3 days after your closing date. Then, please allow 10-14 business days for your book to arrive with USPS Bulk Mail. You can check on the status of your book in the app, under the “Order History” tab.How will my photos appear if they are not originally from my phone?
Some photos downloaded from your computer or social networks do not have the same dimensions as the photos taken on your phone. Therefore, you may have a white border around some photos. This is to ensure we do not crop anything out of your photos. If you are using an Android device, the closest setting for your phones camera is a 4:3 ratio.Why do I have to put my credit card information into the app if I have a coupon?
The credit card will be saved for future subscription purchases or if your coupon code is invalid. If after your free GrooveBook arrives, you would like to end your subscription, simply cancel your account and we won’t charge your card.What if I want to order extra books before my monthly due date?
If you would like to catch up with old photos and print extra books before the scheduled due date, go to "Information" and then press the "Close book now" button. Follow the instructions on the screen.
We will ship your photo book out immediately and this will cost $2.99. Your monthly due date stays the same (so don’t forget to upload another 40 to 100 photos by then!). This option only works when sending a book to a single address. To send an extra book to multiple addresses, please email your request to email@example.com and someone will process the request within 2 business days.
Press “Information,” then “Send GrooveBooks to your Family & Friends.” Enter their address.
The contact will now be enrolled to receive a copy of all future books. Your total in “Account Summary” will reflect how much will be deducted the next time your book goes to print.
To delete an address from your account: Go to “Information” then “Send Groovebooks to Family & Friends.” Slide your finger to the left and "Delete" will appear.
To change the book quantity for yourself or a contact:
Go to “Information” then “Account Summary”, “Groovebooks for Friends & Family.” Hit “Update” Here you can adjust how many books each address gets. If you do not want someone to get a copy of the upcoming book, make the “Zero” books.
Please remember, all changes must be done prior to your monthly due date. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you would like to order a copy of a past book for yourself or a contact, please email your detailed request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 2 business days for your request to be processed.
We’d like to keep the shipping cost as low as possible for our customers and have figured out a special (patent pending) way to do this. We will hopefully start shipping to other countries very soon. If you would like to send a book to someone outside the USA, please first ship the book to yourself. That being said, we proudly ship direct to APO/FPO military addresses overseas.How do I update my payment method?
In the app, press “Information” then “Account Summary” and press “Update” next to Billing Information. Make sure you press “Save” after your update your information.Does GrooveBook offer gift subscriptions?
Yes! You can gift a year (12 books) of GrooveBook for $35. You can order directly in the app. Press “Information” then click “Order Groovebook as a Gift.”
If you would like to add 12 GrooveBook credits to your own account, please press “Order for Myself” and we will apply them immediately to your account.
